Amanda brings many years of international senior management experience. Having studied both journalism and business management, she developed her career across Australian  media and advertising companies such as Sensis, CitySearch and Fairfax Media, holding senior sales management positions during the transition to online media.   She came to Europe in 2006 to consult and lead the sales transformation for European Directories and their subsequent businesses across 8 European countries.  While HR strategy has been integral in all her roles, she has specialised in Executive Search for  the past 4 years.  With a rich understanding of how culture and talent underpin short and long term business success,  she is well positioned to support businesses with their talent strategies.
